Peter Pedross serves as the CEO and founder of PEDCO INC., a company dedicated to bringing client organizations to life as a lean-agile organization. He founded PEDCO as a Lean-Startup in 2013 and built from scratch the product Applied SAFe as Lean QMS. Peter was able to establish the product Applied SAFe in 3 continents and created supporting services and a supporting partner network with more than 90 companies in 5 continents (October 2023). Peter is an excellent networker, fluent in German, French, and English, and has been working in almost all possible IT roles: Including programmer, tester, process engineer, project manager, metrics engineer, software architect, and head of development in an agile start-up in 1998-2000. While working at a leading Swiss financial institute as the architect of the process framework, he was responsible worldwide for the entire set of the quality management system including different lifecycles, processes, methods, and tools (> 10000 Developers). Peter has been in leading positions within large- and small-scale companies since 1994.Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter has contributed significantly to the field, with 80+ publications and lectures across the globe since 1995. As a member of the board at the Swiss Association of Quality (SAQ), Peter is deeply involved in promoting excellence in his field. Also als board member for 'Lean&Agile' at the EuroSPI. He is also the creator of Applied SAFe, a product designed to implement lean and scaled agility successfully.
