Responsible for IMI Hydronic Engineering Netherlands, part of IMI Hydronic worldwide division headquarters in Eysins, Switzerland.

Plieger group consists of three companies; Plieger BV, Thermonoord BV and Plieger Far East Ltd.

This position requires working with various internal customers and suppliers, active in sanitary, heating and plumbing related categories in different countries. The position has an international character. Also this position has to work close together with operating companies in other CRH Europe Distribution Business platforms and with the Director Procurement of CRH Europe Distribution to secure alignment on the key categories across all Business platforms. - Develop a European procurement policy;- Best Practice category management;- Delivery of strategic sourcing support to operating companies in different countries and execution of cross country sourcing initiatives including negotiation process for multiple categories;- Lead country and cross-country category teams;- Being recognised both internally and externally by the business and suppliers as a centre of expertise;- identify and enable opportunities to achieve gross margin improvements and assortment optimisation;

Developing and implementing growth strategy for Uniprest after the acquisition by Rensa Group.
