Hello! I’m an EdTech founder with a humanities PhD from Harvard. I have a passion for building innovative products that blend online learning and social collaboration. During my time in academia, I developed deep research, communication, and critical thinking skills that have become foundational to my strategy and operations work as a founder. I also volunteer with local education and management consulting non-profits to support Chicago’s vibrant arts and humanities sector. In all of these contexts, I’ve learned that there will always be problems to solve, strategies to refine, and processes to optimize. The job is never complete. Success stems from first understanding the problem, becoming relentless in executing on the solution, and then succinctly articulating the “so what” to relevant stakeholders. I run a Chicago-based EdTech meetup group. The life of a founder can be lonely. Connect with other entrepreneurs, share ideas, discuss problems you're facing, and talk all things education and technology. Investors, operators, and educators of all stripes are welcome! Message me if you'd like to join.
