[Overview]Foodpanda is a subsidiary of Delivery Hero, which is a global online food delivery E-Commerce platform headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Pandamart is the marketplace division features setting up multi-mini warehouses in the city and can complete product delivery within 30 mins to meet consumers' demand. I led the team to set up pandamart DC logistics guideline from 0 to 100 within 3 months. With in-depth data-driven insights, ensuring the highest quality, and timely deliveries.[Key Responsibilities](1) Served as the leadership role in pandamart DC, set up the logistics operations model, ensuring day-to-day operations, and weekly reported the performance to regional APAC.(2) Initiated DC operations SOPs including receiving/storage/dispatching/QA guidelines, delivery run rate, inventory level, FIFO/FEFO, slow-moving, shrinkage, cycle count, invoice request, etc.(3) Managed different FMCG brands products, including (60+) suppliers, (3,000+) pallets, (2,500+) SKUs of ambient food/non-food goods, and set up delivery run rate (3+) times a week.(4) Responsible for annual DC logistics budget forecasting and driving cost-saving NTD2M per year through continuous improvement.(5) Drove and delivered KPIs in 3PL including put-away on-time, % picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, % on-time delivery, % DC fill rate, expiration date supervision, etc.(6) Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, demand planning, warehousing, finance, and legal. To forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maximize sales opportunities.[Key Achievements](1) Set up the pandamart E-Commerce DC logistics operations model.(2) Drove optimum efficiency of DC operations (% DC cost of GMV < 3%, % on-time delivery > 99.5%, fill rate from DC to stores > 98%, % shrinkage < 2%.)

[Key Responsibilities](1) Monitored daily B2B/B2C end-to-end logistics SOPs starting with receiving, dispatching, and reverse logistics to ensure the physical flow and system transaction of goods in a timely and accurate manner.(2) Supervised logistics KPIs, including % on-time delivery, delivery time, % truck capacity utilization, % goods on hand, % mis-pick, % goods damage, etc.(3) Oversaw customer service (CX) tasks, identified root causes when targets were unmet, and advised management of potential service failures and trends.[Key Achievements](1) Introduced logistics automation facilities procurement projects (e.g. sorter, conveyor), improved picking efficiency by >20%, and reduced outsourcing workforce cost around by NTD1M per year.(2) Drove FamilyMart CVS pick-up logistics service, shortened delivery turnover time, and maximized efficiency.
