I am coming from a strong development background and stepped into the management world about 3 and a half years ago as a development manager. As the company and the development team grow, I am now taking both operational and strategic responsibility for the company's full technical stack across all applications and continuing to lead the development team.

I am now the development manager at JAVLN, leading JAVLN's development team and responsible for managing development and test resources, delivery of software development and all technical aspects of project.My responsibilities include:1. Technical analysis and design2. Facilitate design reviews and workshops3. Work with business analysts, implementation consultants, product owners and systems architects to ensure requirements are clearly documented, estimated and agreed prior to development commencement by development team4. Manage agile development process including coordination of development sprints and allocation of workload across development team5. Manage release and deployment processes6. Develop the technical solutions for our insurance and finance applications

Currently I am working at JAVLN as a Senior Software Developer, my role also involved some work with customer as implementation consultant.JAVLN is the creator of innovative business software applications that deliver powerful software solutions to a variety of industry sectors, including insurance underwriting, insurance brokers, finance, government and logistics & shipping etc.My responsibility include developing applications as per design, contribute to design of the new application, analysis customer’s requirement and reports implementation.Recent projects involved Rails framework and Oracle technology stack: PL/SQL, stored procedure/function/trigger, Oracle business intelligence reports.

Notable projects included the Call Flow Authoring system, Audio Assets Manager, 3rd Party Data Exchange platform, and Agent Experience application. These high-volume transaction-based applications were essential components driving LiveOps' operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Drove innovation by transitioning to the Salesforce.com platform and developing Salesforce managed packages. Embracing the pure cloud computing environment, I leveraged APEX code to create scalable solutions directly within the browser, eliminating the need for local storage of work. During my tenure at NCS, I progressed from a Junior Ruby Programmer to a senior Full Stack Developer, eventually taking on the role of Sencha Ext JS Front-End Developer. Throughout these years, I played a pivotal role in providing Ruby development support for both internal projects and 3rd party applications.Key Achievements and Responsibilities:Spearheaded the development of critical systems including General Ledger Accounting, Human Resources, and the initial version of the Submissions system using the Ruby on Rails framework. These projects demanded comprehensive expertise in both front-end and back-end software development, leading to proficiency in CSS, HTML, jQuery, Linux service configuration, MySQL database management, and automated testing & deployment.Led the creation of several impactful Ruby on Rails applications such as the Power Meter Audit system, Notes system, and Online Payment system. Notably, I released the company's premier Gem, 'change_log', on rubygems.org and github.com.
