Manage and Schedule News Photogs, Editors, Production, and Master Control operators (35+ personnel). Hire, schedule training, performance reviews, manage annual operating budget.Oversee all Equipment including ENG Cameras, 2 SNG/ENG vans, 10 newscar fleet for News.Oversee upgrade of Production Control Room 2004.Oversee upgrade/install of new ENG master receive site 2005.Assist in HD upgrades to Studio and Control/MC 2006.
