Peter Plougmann, CEO, sociologist and founder of Next Step Aps, a private Danish consultancy firm located in Copenhagen. Peter Plougmann has for more than 40 years worked with business development, human ressource development, new technologies and labour market issues, within political administration, research and consultancy, as well as teaching in these fields. Mr. Plougmann has carried out analyses of the economic, technological, social and political conditions for business development, together with evaluations of industrial policy schemes, both in a national and an international perspective. Mr. Plougmann has also carried out numerous scenarios analyses and provided consultancy to organisations, private companies and government agencies. Mr. Plougmann has international experience in the EU countries, the Nordic countries incl. Greenland, Hungary, Russia, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US.
