Established the physical security program for a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, consisting of 650,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing, laboratory, utility and administrative areas on a 44-acre campus. Fully staffed security team coverage including the reception desk and Security Operations Center. Developed a scope of work for janitorial services, helped to establish cafeteria and catering services, and created a scope of work for landscaping / snow removal. Created the pest control administration program for the facility. Reduced spend in areas of contracted services by reevaluating the scope of work for housekeeping and security services. This resulted in a savings of more than $250,000 in annual spending. Developed and managed a $1.7 million departmental budget. Recognized by senior leaders for budget adherence. Partnered with corporate security teams, assisting with investigations, harmonization of technology and procedures.
