My current role is the Supervision of a large division within Volker Stevin Contracting and the planning, scheduling and coordination of the personnel that make up the labor force, as well as sub-contractors with varying work scopes. Additional duties include the oversight, implementation and responsibility of ensuring that all employees meet at minimum Corporate and Project specific Safety, and Environmental requirements. I am still a sitting member of our company's Safety Steering Team, working towards our cultural shift in Safety, on our way to Safety Excellence.

During my work as a Project Supervisor for the Special Projects Division of Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd., I have gained experience in working with and managing various sub-contractors and their scopes of work; ranging from tunneling, electrical, flat-work concrete, structural concrete, landscaping, multi-plate steel structures, and earthworks. The projects ranged in value from $2-77 Million, with the largest one being the Deep Utilities contract for the Runway Development Project at Calgary International Airport.At that time I was also a sitting member of my employers Safety Committee, and later the Safety Steering Team as part of a new shift to change the Safety culture within the Volker Stevin Canada, including all of its Subsidiaries.
