Technology manager with extensive experience from management positions at start-up and scale-up companies. My core competencies include business development, hightech R&D, production, supply chain and project management.I have experience from product development and have scaled up manufacturing capabilities at multiple high-tech start-ups within the fields of medical devices, telecommunication and biotech cell sorting. Further, I have experience from both automated mass production working with microelectronics and integrated optics, and more manual production of system products. This has provided me with a deep understanding of business drivers and thus where to focus for realizing major improvements with limited resources.With a business-oriented analytical approach, I have worked with the development and growth of six start-ups and scale-ups. My role in these companies has primarily been COO, but I have also held the positions of site manager, R&D manager, project manager and consultant. After scaling, two of these companies were successfully sold to new owners and I was responsible for the staff and technology transfer.As a leader with an engineering background and entrepreneurial approach, I have a great passion for creating value using new technology.
