I am a Senior studying electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). I aim to gather a breadth of knowledge, while still focusing on my main ECE field of study, and am taking computer science courses outside of my main field of study.One notable professional experience I had was my time working for the Swartz Center based startup SiteWiz. The many hats I wore forced me to learn a breadth of information on the fly. Some work I did includes aiding in development and execution of search engine optimization plans, outreach to potential clients, development of pricing plans, outreach for new employees, development of over 3 pitch decks for investors and accelerators, and planning company bonding events.I am technically proficient in Python, C, HTML, Standard ML. I have taken various computer science courses at CMU to deepen my programming knowledge for machine learning and artificial intelligence.In-class labs have provided hands-on experience and knowledge for how to use instruments such as oscilloscopes and waveform generators. In Introduction to Embedded Systems, I used oscilloscopes to ensure a PCB I designed and assembled was working properly. In Electronic Devices and Analog Circuits, I used waveform generators to send signals through an AC circuit I constructed and oscilloscopes to record the oscillating voltages through curtain points in the circuit.I try to do something new each weekend, which has pushed me to learn more outside of course work, utilize the skills I learn in classes, and spend quality time with friends. One of these activities include participating in two hackathons, where I learned how to utilize API calls, and where I took on the roles of a programmer, musical composer, and voice actor. Other activities include pickleball, rock climbing, and gathering a group of friends to go stargazing.I am eager to expand my knowledge in a challenging internship in computer or electrical engineering where I can contribute to impactful projects and grow professionally.
