Managing the workflow to the development team, new client projects, the improvement and expansion of products. Working with the operations team to build and improve the process and client experience.

In this role, I managed the development team, projects, and process improvement within the £250k Virtual Campus programme, facilitating secure digital learning and job/apprentice search databases in 100+ prisons. I also executed 2 technical API web service integrations (SOAP and REST databases).I also led and championed implementation of Agile processes including the creation of Agile feature templates; and solved existing framework issues and utilised Bootstrap to achieve responsive web design (RWD).Key achievements include:- Increased coverage, reduced testing time by 50% and internal data collection time by 75%- Saved 3 days’ work a month by working collaboratively with CISCO to develop custom reports- Acted as Release Manager for 20+ sites, five Project Managers, scheduling live uploads and structuring the release process- Acted as Scrum Master for a global multi-disciplinary team - Trained 2 new Project Officers in technical understanding, release process and agile methodology

At Investis, I supported Project Managers and produced digital corporate communications for FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 clients, as well as promoting best practices in build, design and client project management and corresponding documentation.Other key elements of my role entailed:- Created and aligned functional specifications, produced and reviewed project initiation documentation in readiness for client sign-off- Planned projects, maintained project plans, resource scheduling, dashboards and RAID logs - Organised and presented Drupal CMS roll-out for Project Managers- Structured knowledge transfer sessions for all relevant stakeholders and personnel- Employed Waterfall and Agile methodologies with client managers and build project managers respectively.

In this role, I provided a wide range of support, to a high profile project at Level 3 spanning 4 countries.I learnt and utilised specialist programs becoming the team expert and solving any issues with programs Clarify logistics and Opsconsole (GCR).I was involved in analysis, budgeting, logistics and planning. Heavily involved in the negotiation, for equipment from other regions with senior members of EMEA and North America. I also negotiated with the Change Approval Board for provisional backup dates, managing change and exceptions of service migrations.
