This initiative reduced the total cost of ownership by £40 million while enhancing resilience, agility, and security through cloud-based solutions, including Security at the Service Edge (SASE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). I also championed a strong cybersecurity culture by integrating education, monitoring, and assurance practices, ensuring robust defences against evolving threats. My tenure at LSWA reflects a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and aligning technology with strategic priorities to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.

I developed multiple applications to support the New Parliament House Construction Authority, their sub-contractors, and suppliers, including a Contract Management System, Asset Management System, and Art Collection Management System. Additionally, I created an Architecture Plan Management System for Mitchell, Giurgola, and Thorp (MGT), the successful competitors for the design of the New Parliament House. These systems were built using Clipper, a Dbase3 compiler, Novell Netware, 'C', and X86 Assembler technologies.
