LEAN approach and focus at optimization of business processes. • Transformation of procurement department from an administrative purchasing function to a professional and competent procurement function.• Category Management implementation.• Development and implementation of procurement policy and procedures in the organization and thereby improved responsibility, roles and increased efficiency. • Optimization of SAP procurement procedures, including implementation of SAP purchase ordering by email, automatic purchase order creation, procure-to-pay, electronic upload of prices and automatic dunning procedure by email.

Reference to the Production Director. Member of the Production Management Team. Leading a team of 7 employees. Key responsibilities:• Production Planning.• Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP).• Financial reporting (Budgeting, monthly reporting).Results:• Implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) and cross company Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). • Implementation of planning policy including performance measures.• Implementation of production management reporting.

Reference to the Executive Vice President.Key responsibilities:• Business Strategy development and implementation.• Financial reporting.• Management information (Management Team, Board of Directors etc.).• Investment calculations.• Project leader / project member at strategic projects.Results:• Project leader at major sourcing project throughout the company in co-operation with the consultant company AT Kearney. Saving of 3% of total spend.• Distribution strategy, including future silo/terminal set-up and logistic execution strategy (ship / silo truck). • Implementation of ISO 9001.• Outsourcing silo truck transportation.• Due diligence.
