Peter is verantwoordelijk voor klantfocus bij het realiseren van digitaal werken in de provincie. Mijn aandachtsveld omvat het dienstverleningshandvest, een dashboard dienstverlening en daarmee samenhangende sturing, het provinciaal loket (channelmanagement) en het provinciaal portaal (digitale toegang van klanten, medewerkers en Statenleden), hergebruik van gegevens, authenticatie en ICT-samenwerking tussen provincie en de B5 (vijf grootste gemeenten in Noord-Brabant).
