Wrote and tested an inward-facing Web–based application used for credit card dispute processing. Oracle linked with third-party databases was used to move cases through queues until resolved. Design aspects included:• XML transform engine to unify data from multiple sources.• Oracle programming to sort cases into appropriate queues and make SOAP Web service calls.

Enhanced the functionality of an existing call-taking system to simplify and speed the lookup of ambulance departure and destination points.

Enhanced and tested a system that compared scanned OCR data from psychiatric interviews against adjustable rules to ensure that diagnoses were consistent with established standards. Built data models (databases) that conformed to data requirements for clinical trials and built interfaces for data entry against those models.
