Responsibilities include leading a team of twelve to twenty-five employees in quality control inspections and photography of guitars to be sold by Sweetwater. Advising Sales Engineers on products and speaking on behalf of the team to other departments and vendors is also common.

Service Receiving duties include the handling and careful documentation of all incoming packages for the Service department on a daily basis. Also involved with this position is the processing of returns, receiving products on purchase orders and maintaining inventory integrity. Good organization and communication skills are required as well as a thorough knowledge of multiple computer programs.

Shipping duties include receiving inventory, pulling, packaging and shipping of orders as well as customer service. I also served as “Saturday Lead Employee”, which involved managing a small number employees doing the above mentioned activities, as well as opening and closing the warehouse each Saturday.
