Successfully delivered Phase II of the Adult Social Care System and Process Review Project (Strength Based Conversations) in January 2020. (DoLs). NOTE - all currently on hold whilst delivering a COVID 19 Shielding Hub in Warwickshire in under a week. The hub is designed to ensure that those individuals who have been advised by the government to self isolate for 12 weeks have the support they need. Working with District and Borough Councils, our Communities teams and our FRS to make this happen. Plans now underway to expand offering to those that did not meet the governments criteria but have a genuine need. Show less

Completed the transition of the Mosaic project into business as usual (implementing and embedding change control, prioritisation of system change requests, governance matrix, and knowledge transfer of project team to BAU systems team). Aligned the People Group Programme suite of projects to develop a People Group Strategic Technical Development Roadmap, which is now being used as a model across the business.
