I am an information systems professional with over 20 years in quality assurance including hands on manual and automate testing, gathering requirements, defining business critical processes, creating and updating test plans, test cases and scenarios, developing and maintaining a test strategy, implementing and documenting the defect tracking process, working with development teams and project managers to determine and verify defects and track through resolution using different testing tools. Testing types include unit, functional, system, user-acceptance, black-box, white-box, integration, regression, security, performance and stress. I have led teams of up to 30 local and off-site for web, client/server and mainframe environments on many types of applications including SAP modules, domestic and international digital rights management systems, automotive industry applications, financial modules, human resources and health care.
