Previously:Member of the product leadership team for Messenger and Instagram Direct at Meta. I worked on some of our biggest product challenges, particularly those that require cross-org and cross-company coordination. Head of Product for NPE, Meta's experimental product group, where I led incubations and early stage explorations Founding Partner at Betaworks Ventures, a consumer-focused seed stage fund. Notable investments include Rec Room, Hugging Face, Bunch, 8th Wall, Squad, Campus, and Streem. I've also founded four startups, including Gizmodo/Gawker Media (now part of G/O Media), Engadget/Weblogs Inc (acquired by AOL in 2005 and now part of Yahoo), RCRD LBL (a joint venture with Downtown Music), and gdgt (acquired by AOL in 2013 and folded into Engadget). Prior to starting Betaworks Ventures I was VP of Strategy at AOL & Co-Director of AOL Alpha, the company's experimental product group.
