Managing the facilities (both hard and soft services) and vehicle fleet requirements for the regional UK office. Leading the provision of strategic and operational advice to the Management Team. Targeting and achieving improvements in organisational effectiveness through developing competencies, leadership, human resources and management processes. Other Key Responsibilities• Managing a team of 6 whose responsibilities include providing day to day human resources, finance, facilities, public relations, communications and other support services functions across the UK operational region• Management of the fleet of 52 vehicles across the UK.

Reporting to the South-East Europe, Asia-Pac and Africa Operations Director, with responsibilities similar to the above role with the exception of the recruitment and day to day management of the Administration & Human Resources (HR) team relating to 350 staff across 28 different countries throughout the region.

Arras, Pas-De-Calais, France

Reporting to the France Operational Director with complete responsibility for the management of the procurement, licensing, insurance and all other aspects of the fleet of 150 vehicles operated across the whole of France. Providing facilities and equipment for all office requirements in the Arras office, and for Public Relations and Communication, with particular responsibility for communications with English speaking members of the public. Engaging with the MoD and as appropriate member Commonwealth Governments regarding discoveries of world war remains, including planning and coordinating with them for reburials as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities• Responsible for the application of transfer policy for all staff on United Kingdom contracts of service across the world numbering 100 in total, in discussion with local Area HR Departments to ensure consistency of application. Includes providing guidance and support to new recruits on overseas postings and the repatriation of staff back to the UK.• Supervising a team of 2 administration staff.

Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the application of pay rules for all UK recruited staff working worldwide including Cost of Living (COL) increases, increments and performance awards.
