Oversaw the translation of collateral marketing piece into seven languages and global distribution.▪ Increased customer engagement and event awareness by developing impactful email newsletters, customer presentations, in addition to providing event marketing support.▪ Performed root-cause analysis on internal technical support call data to create Pareto charts and identify top issues plaguing employees. Developed solutions and improvements to reduce support desk call volume and improve employee productivity.
