I am board certified and have practiced and taught Emergency and Internal Medicine for more than35 years.During that time I have cared for many patients suffering fromdegenerative disease and presenting with emergencies such as heartattacks and complications of diabetes.I have also been responsible for the management of quality at my teachinghospital.Over the past 2 decades I have focused my efforts on the prevention ofchronic disease through optimal lifestyle choices including diet,exercise and supplementation.  I have also worked with athletes toimprove endurance and performance.I am committed to helping individuals and groups achieve and live the healthiest life possible.
