For three years coordinated the only conference in the Pacific Northwest focused on sharing knowledge about making arts and entertainment workplaces safer for workers and audiences. The annual conference brings together a broad range of stakeholders from the motion picture industry, festivals and the performing arts, the music industry, event production and venues, tourism, health and safety, education, production suppliers, municipalities, labour unions and beyond to network and learn about arts and entertainment safety from a range of experts in their fields. Over 50 90-minute presentations, workshops, panels and demonstrations; 20 tradeshow exhibitors; industry training sessions in OFA and Firearms Safety; and more.

Marketing, communications and patron relations for West Vancouver's Kay Meek Centre for Performing Arts, with a particular emphasis on the organization's own presentations, including a professional performing arts season and several stand-alone special events.

Developed and implemented communications strategies for the provincial non-profit arts service organization, British Columbia's leading arts information aggregator and resource to the arts, culture and heritage sector. Advocated to various levels of government on cultural policy and funding, and created resources and toolkits to support the cultural sector to effectively participate in the advocacy process. Managed all aspects of communications, oversaw membership growth initiatives and leveraged brand visibility for Alliance province-wide programs, events and activities including, but not limited to: public outreach; community consultations and partnerships; media relations; development and maintenance of website; graphic design, copywriting and editing of presentations, reports, promotional materials, email bulletins, newsletters and blog content.Created communications platform, designed website, wrote content and toolkits for ArtsVoteBC, a non-partisan grassroots advocacy campaign designed to keep the arts on the agendas of political parties, candidates and voters in BC.Co-produced special events and programs including conferences/Arts Summits; public launch events for BC Culture Days; the City of Vancouver's Mayor's Arts Awards; the Metro Vancouver launch of SpaceFinder BC; and receptions introducing newly appointed provincial ministers of culture to the community.Partnered with numerous stakeholders including community groups, municipalities, funders, and nonprofits (ie. Managed internal and external communications for Alliance province-wide programs, events and activities including blog, newsletters, email bulletins, reports, and community consultations and partnerships.Oversaw membership growth initiatives and leveraged brand visibility via organizational communications, social media, community engagement and outreach, and partnership development. Designed and produced web and print materials in-house to support business development (e-newsletters, provincial advocacy alerts, press releases, presentations, and promotional materials).Stewarded launch of new website and branding in 2015; implemented improved communications tools and developed web content to streamline public access to information and resources, and increase revenues. From the time of its launch in 2015 to 2017 the site has seen traffic increased by +900%, social media followers by nearly 40%, and newsletter subscriptions by 20%. In December 2016 the Alliance's blog was named #9 in the Best 50 Culture Blogs and Websites on the Web by Feedspot.Co-produced special events including the annual Arts Summit conference; public launch events for Canada Culture Days BC; the annual Mayor's Arts Awards in partnership with the City of Vancouver's Cultural Services department; the Metro Vancouver launch of SpaceFinder BC; and receptions introducing newly appointed provincial ministers of culture to the community.Advocated to various levels of government on cultural policy and funding. Created resources and toolkits to support the cultural sector to effectively participate in the advocacy process. With the Director of Community Engagement, travelled to more than a dozen cities in regions across BC to consult on community needs in relation to provincial cultural policy; compiled feedback, contributed to a final report and recommendations on a cultural policy framework shared publicly and submitted to government.

Oversaw deinstallation and shipping of public art throughout Metro Vancouver (2009-2011 Vancouver Biennale Exhibition). Liaised with artists, agents, shipping companies and agencies locally and overseas. Photographed and documented artwork, maintained databases. Managed records and reports; wrote grants and proposals.Co-produced BIG IDEAS performances around Metro Vancouver for Arts and Culture Week and National Dance Week in partnership with educators from local schools and community groups. Assisted with production of Tour de Biennale, a charity bike ride combining recreational cycling with arts and culture, and the BIKEnnale, a family-friendly bike ride held in each of the Biennale host municipalities, giving parents and children a fun and healthy way to explore public art installations in their community. Provided support to staff, donors, Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, the City of Vancouver's Public Art Committee and other stakeholders in relation to the gifting of Yue Minjun's Amaze-ing Laughter sculpture at Morton Park.
