Successful deployment of a foreign currency billing solution (June 2024) • Heartland Bank (May to December 2023) – served as lead business analyst and performing change management activities for their core banking replacement programme including providing a change impact analysis, writing reporting requirements and assisting the collections team to process loan payments to clear their post account migration payment queues• Organizational Capability Review - assisted switchboard manufacturing company to perform a review of their organizational capabilities looking at their key processes. Included workshops to understand their business, pain point and key priority areas to provide recommendations to make improvements to key areas (April – May 2023) • Flexibility Demand Project - Electrical Engineers Association (EEA) of NZ - Supporting the business analysis activities to deliver on the EEA Demand Flexibility Project including workshops to define the requirements (Feb – April 2023)
