Extension of role to include the Cast Nylon manufacturing operations located at the Leicester site.Assisted in the hand over of manufacturing facility relating to SPA requirement for new owners.Commissioned extrusion equipment sold as part of the asset disposal.Provided technical support to parent company manufacturing staff and required for introduction to cast nylon process technology for incoming R&D manager.

Product and process development responsibility for UK manufacturing facility.Work on R&D projects within the group.Responsible for Engineering function covering three UK sites.

Worked between the Materials Division and Technology Division of the company to assist in Technical Support to the Manufacturing Operations. Work included continuing the introduction of the Extrusion manufacturing process into the company and the development of two manufacturing sites.

Responsible for the Technical Support function for the Company both in the UK and Overseas. During this period also oversaw the installation and commissioning of manufacturing facilities in the Philippines, Mexico and China. Provided Technical Support to facilities in North America, Poland and South Africa.

Employed as part of a CBP scheme to develop a goods inwards to finshed product manufacturing QA process.
