We cooperated with large multinational companies from around the world such as Flowserve, Invensys Foxboro, SGL Carbon, Victor REINZ, Leader Gasket etc. We gave technical advice and help support our customers’ maintenance work personally.Tasks:• Provide engineering services and technical support for wide range of industry-leading companies in areas such as oil & gas, plastics, rubber and chemicals; food; pharmaceuticals; power plants; and heavy industry.• Outstanding customer account management skills - servicing up to 70 large clients that include Nitrogen Works, Teva pharmaceutical, Heineken beer manufacturer, ISD Dunaferr steel manufacturer, MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas, and Paks Nuclear Power Station.• Used sales, relationship and technical skills to increase sales of largest fertilizer producer in Central Europe by over 400% in just one year.• Solve technical problems in connection with gaskets, valves, control-valves, and expansion joints at client sites (regular weekly visits).• Lead and plan maintenance projects with values from $200K to $1M. Coordinate with clients, arrange maintenance work, solve technical problems, organise transportation and maintainquality procedures.• Team leader on projects, supervising and working with up to 4 colleagues.• Negotiate with customers and contractors to increase sales and profitability.• Help clients transfer specific technology and technical expertise.• Read and understand technical drawings using AutoCAD; create quotes based on drawings.• Worked independently and unsupervised, as well as within a team environment.

Founded in 1959, PEMU is the market leader in the production of semi-finished and finished plastic and rubber products in Hungary. Tasks and achievements:• Responsible for leading the unit of up to 40 personnnel in production, research and development.• Oversaw and organised production and work assignments.• Responsible for troubleshooting and management of quantities of raw materials.• During time in role, increased profit from year to year, between 10%-30%.• Evaluated production processes and developed a way to increase output by 10+%. • Researched, sourced, tested then introduced new raw material and new plastic processing techniques at PEMU that reduced production costs by 40%.• Directed and coordinated daily operational activities.• Reorganised production schedules, leading to continuously decreasing shut-down periods.• Maintained continuous improvement on the quality and production control process (ISO9001).• Responsible for budget control – managed monthly allowance and calculated pricing of finished products. Decreased production costs each year.• Handle and adjust plastic processing machines and use laboratory machines to measure plastic and rubber samples.• Utilised customer management skills - kept in regular contact with key clients and improved relationship between accounts and PEMU.• Worked independently and unsupervised, as well as within a large team environment. At this company I acquired a great amount of work experience in producing PTFE, silicone and casting PUR semi -finished and finished products. I developed new plastic processing techniques (for example PEEK semi – finished products). I obtained work experience in the use of single screw extruders for producing plastic films and foils, sheets, rods, pipes (PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP). I have learnt how to motivate and direct people.
