Growth and improvement are the driving forces that push me to strive for excellence in all that I endeavor.With a foundation in manufacturing at Aptar, a French organization expanding its pharmaceutical device production in the United States, I aim to bring this experience to companies looking to develop and redefine their own trajectory by expanding their own production capabilities, improving existing ones, or increasing overall production efficiency and quality. My Philosophies: Without improvement there is only degradation. Be innovative. Get informed. Plan well, communicate well, execute, succeed. Be metric and analytically driven. There is a tool to use for every situation, taking a moment to find the correct tool is more valuable than wasting effort with the wrong one. Adapting to overcome unforeseen obstacles is the key to achievement. My skills are best utilized in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where optimization, improvement, and efficiency are strived for with new production line implementation, validation and qualification.
