Schuster Consulting Group co-founder Peter has extensive technical and practical experience in Australian agriculture and has had significant exposure to agricultural production industries in many countries including the USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, China and the Middle East.Peter’s experience within these industries has fostered extensive networks within Australia and internationally and has led to Peter's ongoing engagement by the NSW Crown Solicitors Office as an Expert Witness in relation to matters heard in the Australian Federal Court, the NSW Supreme Court and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal pertaining to agricultural production. Peter and his family operate a wool, prime lamb, beef cattle, dry land and irrigated cropping enterprises in Central West NSW, Australia across approximately 4,000 hectares incorporating two employees and a range of contractors, 700 cattle, 5,000 Merino and first cross sheep and 52 hectares of specialised irrigated crop production.This background, combined with experience in project management, the operation of research and development corporations, agri-politics and industry-government interaction has positioned Peter well to offer perspective and strategic advice to clients seeking strategic solutions, stakeholder engagement or project management services.
