Closing of our Hong Kong activities.- Execution of change culture programs- Set up and execution of the yearly international HR managers conference.- Participate and contribute to start an office in Brazil.- Organize and execute of a project to apply job descriptions and classifications of all employees in USA, Brazil, UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Australie, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai.- Adjusting salary models.
