Studied with Joe Viola, Jerry Bergonzi, Joe Lovano, and Rich Shemaria.

Oversees strategy and operations for a private foundation focused on music, well-being, and STEM education. Manages a team of several full-time employees and a suite of contractors.

•Advised artists, freelancers, and other professionals on their tax liabilities, designed strategies to maximize tax benefits associated with retirement and business development. Researched and wrote articles on changes to tax regulations at the federal and state levels.

Taught saxophone and jazz performance techniques to undergraduate students, with an emphasis on jazz improvisation.

Researched legal issues, drafted orders and memoranda relating to all matters of civil court procedure, assisted in drafting judicial opinions, assisted in conducting courtroom logistics.

Created and ran a community jazz program at St. Paul's Community Development Center in Paterson, NJ. Key activities included teaching a youth jazz ensemble, giving individual lessons, recording several benefit CDs to help fund the program, and curating community jazz concerts.
