Led product management and development activities for all of the bank's business lines - Commercial, Retail and Wealth Management. Responsible for all pricing, budgeting and growth targets for the bank’s $25B deposit portfolio and $100MM deposit service charge revenue. Managed the bank's CRM team which focused on customer onboarding, segmentation and cross-sale initiatives. Member of the ALCO Committee. Chaired the New Product Operating Committee. Managed a team of 22 professionals.• Successfully navigated bank’s deposit and debit card business through extensive regulatory changes including Dodd-Frank, Regulation E Opt-In, the Durbin Amendment, and CFPB and OCC oversight.• Led bank’s acquisition due diligence efforts related to deposits and cards of over 25 banks. Efforts included developing deposit growth pro-formas, identifying distribution synergies and uncovering product mismatches and deposit concentrations that would negatively impact customer retention.• Led integration efforts for deposits and cards in the six acquisitions and 54 branch franchise purchase which resulted from the due diligence efforts.• Led bank efforts to acquire, cross-sell and retain core checking customers • Relaunched retail credit card agent bank program, from partner selection to implementation, generating significant incremental revenue in first year. • Led Merchant Services Joint Venture and Payroll Services strategic partnership from inception.

• Developed, implemented and managed growth of new retail checking packages designed to encourage share of wallet, attract millennials and cater to private banking clientele. Also developed and introduced product line extensions including mobile and digital banking services. • Managed all aspects of bank’s consumer deposit base and related fee income with P&L responsibility.• Managed bank’s retail debit card portfolio of over 750,000 cards and $1 billion in annual purchase volume. This included managing debit card network brand affiliations, including selection.• Collaborated with retail senior executive management to develop sales incentive plan, annual sales targets and provide promotional and marketing initiatives to support goal achievement.

• As VP Area Manager responsible for 15 traditional and in-store branches dispersed through four counties in CT including achievement of sales targets, customer experience standards and operational performance throughout the market• As VP Consumer Lending, managed bank’s home equity and personal loan efforts which included achieving corporate loan origination targets, and completion of the sale of a home equity loan portfolio • As AVP, Alternative Delivery Products Manager, led bank efforts to develop and promote ATM, debit card and telephone banking services to consumers• Held various roles in Branch Management after starting in Retail Management Training Program
