Our flagship product, launching Easter 2025, will be an Immersive Audio Experience (IEA) featuring an updated production of Amazing Grace... distributed worldwide via radio broadcasts, on-line sales and our "pay it forward" program to charities, churches and support groups.

Alignment Media, now closed, was a full-service learning, motivation and entertainment production company. We specialized in designing and delivering world- class training programs, video and web-based media production, and spectacular live events. We created a new business model for post-financial crisis times that provided the highest quality strategic and creative resources to our clients at a fraction of the cost of traditional agencies and production houses.

I spent nearly 20 years developing this boutique creative production company into an industry leader, mostly managing the sales and marketing efforts, recruiting and developing new employees, and in the later years, general business management including opening and managing our San Francisco office, and opening and managing the Learning and Performance division. I also personally managed major accounts like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Volvo, GlaxoSmithKline, DuPont and Sunoco.

I joined a small team of professionals from around the industry to create the corporate division of this well known television lighting and special event production company. I brought in and managed business from clients like Polaroid, Squibb, American Express, SmithKline Beecham and Nabisco.

Wild ride at this initially fast growing and creative company that was poorly managed and went out of business a few months after my departure. Tough but good experience that prepared me for better opportunities in the years ahead.

Started in the Learning Group helping to produce training programs. Quickly promoted to Account Executive and became a top performer in the New York office. Clients included Hearst Magazines, Michelin Tires, American Express and Avon.
