Specialize in managing our large-group/enterprise (1,000-20,000 lives) benefits administration RFP projects with outsourced services (call center, direct billing and LOA services, decision support, dependent/EOI verification, closed loop payroll reconciliation, single-sign on services, COBRA, FSA, and HSA administration, etc.). Also responsible for the sourcing and selection of full-suite HCM and stand-alone solutions. Project Management/Client Service Delivery• Ascertain efficiencies and gaps in technology to maximize existing platforms and products. • Manage the full lifecycle of HCM technology RFP projects for small to mid to enterprise clients. Provide strategic consultation to clients, conduct detailed discovery/needs assessments, create and present a comprehensive pricing and vendor capabilities analysis, and guide clients through vendor selection and contract negotiation.
