As Head of Engagement for Local Buy (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Local Government Association of Queensland), my role is to engage with internal and external stakeholders across QLD and NT. The Engagement Team consists of four dedicated Managers who are passionate about developing relationships with both our buyers and suppliers alike.

Managing the procurement function across all council divisions, through a centre-led purchasing model for a regionally based Local Government Authority. In the three months at Mount Isa, I developed excellent relationships with staff, suppliers and stakeholders in the community.
