This involved extensive forensic analysis, consultation meetings with the contractors, advice to the Employers contracts and legal departments and the subsequent issuance of these determinations to the Contractors, which had to be drafted to comply with the bespoke terms of contract and the Qatar civil code, as regards the laws in connection with good faith, unjust enrichment and concurrency.
