For the past 15 years, our L.L.C. developed two unique I.P.s. One a brand, focused on USA produced outerwear. The other a snowboard brand, wholesaling import snowboards and accessories to global retailers. We trademarked, designed, produced and delivered some of the most elevated, and desired hardgoods and softgoods under these brands. In 2022 we sold our snowboard I.P.: United Shapes. We are excited for the next stages of our snowboard hard goods brand in the hands of a successful and passionate swiss winter action sports company.Owner Operator USA continues to push the limits on American made outerwear in our local factory network. We offer hand made bespoke outerwear for our best patrons and local factory made products and collaborations with the most elevated brands who share our passion USA manufacturing.My career in fashion design and started with Levis in 1999 when a small shop in Soho called Selvage gave the the opportunity to install a pop up for my Art and Fashion . Since then I studied and worked as a fashion designer for some of the biggest fashion retailers in the world but also some of the smallest. I've shared the office with company presidents and also the seamstress. I learned from both sides, big and small, all the while, gaining a understanding of how to launch a brand of our own.9 years ago, I was awarded with a scholarship to attend DENYC, "Design Entrepreneurs New York City, sponsored by the Mayor's office of NYC. The Mini MBA program catered to owners of brands with sales traction to learn the process of setting up and sustaining an upstart business. I completed this program, with a professionally revised business plan in place for our IP's in 2014After DENYC, These new plans helped us understand our goals, realistic potential and cash flow. Also what to expect, and how to plan for the unexpected.In other rolls I have taken design direction from team leaders in creating original fashion and menswear collections. At Gap Boys I assisted directors in organizing 20 in season production deliveries for Gap and Gap outlet. I've created original artwork for IP's like Star Wars, and The Beatles and taken direction to create licenced brands product for Gap, Jcrew, Arcade Belts and Nickelodeon.I am now setting a goal to utilize my expertise in action sports branding, social media, product design and fashion design at a medium sized company striving to overcome that next hurtle in scaling.Thanks for reading!Pete
