Conducting literature reviews on fern gametophyte production using Plant tissue culture and increasing biomass (Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology and Laboratory of Molecular Biotechnology , Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology).- Conducting bachelor thesis (1 year) on the invitro culture to enhance biomass accumulation and sporophyte production in fern gametophyte.+ Establish in vitro cultures of the gametophytes on different media compositions under different environmental conditions.+ Monitor the growth and development of the gametophytes and identify the most effective culture protocols.+Extract DNA from in vitro cultured gametophytes and field-collected ferns.+ Sequence plastid genes from the extracted DNA, such as rbcL, matK, and trnL-trnF.+ Compare the DNA sequences to a reference database of fern DNA barcodes to identify the species of the gametophyte and conduct the phylogenetic tree.+ Establish a DNA barcode library for fern gametophytes.+ Transfer in vitro cultured gametophytes to a medium that is conducive to sporophyte development.+ Monitor the development of the sporophytes and identify the conditions that are most favorable for sporophyte production.

Assisted Master's students at the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology in designing and conducting research projects involving plant science, biochemistry, and plant tissue culture.

Project: "Recombinant protein expression of Rapid Alkalinisation Factor (RALF) effectors protein​"-Identified three candidate downstream effectors of RALFs: ENTH, GRAS, and Kinase.- Produced recombinant proteins for these effectors.- Cloned the effectors of RALFs: ENTH, GRAS, and Kinase into the pET28a vector to generate His-tagged recombinant DNA.- Ttransformed the recombinant plasmids into E. coli BL21 cells.

- Internship position: Research Support.- Internship topic: Aptasensor to detect progesterone (P4) and the synthesis of gold nanoparticles.- Position Information: My position will work with lab members in support of scientific information and experiments.- Project purpose: Aptasensor review and Hands-on training and doing experiments thataim to develop an apter sensor to detect progesterone (P4). In addition, a new approach to the synthesis of Au-NPS ( gold nano-particles).- Main activities:Experiment 1: Doing the review on the aptasensor mechanism.Experiment 2: Feasibility test on progesterone (P4) detection of four different aptamers.Experiment 3: Au-NPs synthesization.
