CurrentProvide Operations and Planning Training to Battalion Staffs, primarily Infantry Battalions, but have executed training with Civil Affairs Battalions, Expeditionary Signal Battalions, Chemical Battalions, and Engineer Battalions. Focus on Problem Solving using the Military Decision Making Process and Design Methodology to enable staffs understanding of planning operations based on the Commander's intent and providing a shared understanding across the organization through an analyzed, wargamed and synchronized plan. Drill organizations in problem analysis, probable course of actions, comparing courses of action through asset visibility, risk mitigation, and means of control, developing tools to capture critical information and improve communications between leader and subordinate elements.
