CurrentPlayer/coach responsible for revenue growth strategies for AURA's terrestial Command and Control (C2) voice and data communication services. The AURA network is purpose-built for the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) industry, with dedicated spectrum across the U.S. Key customers include Federal/State/Local government agencies and commercial aviation/UAS sector customers (avionics, aircraft/AAM/UAS OEMs, airlines/operators, large aerospace and defense companies). Additional responsibilities include structuring Business Development team, including hiring staff; establishing sales management and reporting processes; developing bid/proposal/deal review processes; setting sales forecasts; creating compensation structures; developing value propositions; creating account strategies and new business capture plans; presenting to key decision-makers at target customers; presenting to leadership team and investors at board meetings on a regular basis. Frequent speaker at industry events. Active participant in NATA AAM committee, AUVSI Air Advocacy, Commercial Drone Alliance, Women and Drones.
