Peter has been active within the IT, financial services and professional consulting sectors for over 35 years. Peter's professional career started off in IT at UDC and Amev Finance in the early 80's, before moving into IT applications development and business-related project management in the late 80s and early 90s. Peter led large programs at MLC, within the Lend Lease group, and later IBM before striking out on his own.Peter left the corporate career path in 1996 to establish Proton Project Management, a specialist project and change management consultancy. The organisation that Peter founded, now known as Proton Projects, has grown to become a major provider of project management, business analysis and change management skills and services within the Australian marketplace, and enjoys long-standing relationships with a number of Australia's largest organisations.As founder and CEO of Proton Projects, Peter is committed to the continuing development of high quality project and organisational change practices within the Australian business and technology sectors.Apart from his devotion to his family, Peter spends much of his spare time training and competing as a Masters Rower and competitive runner. Peter splits his time between Sydney, Melbourne, his country home in Rylstone and his ancestral home in Europe.
