We focus on developing close relationships with our clients, providing quality service resulting in outstanding customer feedback and retention.Instrumental to the success of RapidFunds® is Peter’s legal background. A 1984 graduate with academic honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton, Peter received his Juris Doctorate from the St. John’s University School of Law in 1987. From 1988 to 2000, Peter practiced law in the State and Federal Courts of New York. During that time he specialized in general and commercial litigation and real estate transactions, first at the prestigious New York City law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren, then in his own practice. From 2000 to 2004, Peter rose to the top ranks of a national dispute resolution company, ultimately running its operations while developing relationships with a multitude of plaintiffs’ contingency fee lawyers of all types, nationwide. Peter has presented as a speaker on dispute resolution before many state and local bar associations throughout the country. The specialized experience and contacts he has accumulated is one of his core foundations in understanding the needs of contingent fee attorneys, and providing them with efficient high quality service.
