Prior to that Initiate Systems (IBM), BEA Systems (Oracle), Open Market, Intel, Ericsson and a number of other technology organizations where I led and improved their direct and partner sales performance.Laterally at Infor I was responsible for driving revenue growth in the Infor Partner Community across EMEA. Initially I was brought into Infor in 2010 by its then CEO as part of a major restructuring process to rebuild, refocus and grow the company’s ERP business in EMEA. My largest role in terms of people and revenue was at BEA Systems where I was one of the 3 executives running BEA Systems worldwide (NA, EMEA and Asia Pacific). In EMEA, there were in excess of 1,000 people in my team and I was responsible for $450m in revenue. I received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Glasgow University.
