Leading specific human resources processes (such as talent identification) and co-ordinating the efficient use of external training providers. Acting regularly as a facilitator and coach in selective leadership and management programs.

Responsible for the definition and development of the entire Training Offering at UBS Wealth Management APAC (for staff and clients). Setting up of comprehensive learning and development pathways and training/assessment guidelines for various roles (incl. Client Advisors and Desk Heads/Team Leaders).

Responsible for the development and the lead of all education programs offered globally by the Swiss Finance Institute; in particular the International Wealth Management Executive MBA (IWEMBA), the Master of Science in Wealth Management, the Zurich Wealth Forum and the International Wealth & Tax Planning Program. Developing new programs, initiating and carrying out joint projects with internationally renowned institutions (Carnegie Mellon University (USA), Singapore Management University, and Universities of Geneva, Zurich, and St. Gallen) and developing tailor-made training and education programs for banks and other financial services institutions.
