Battle Monument Group just launched its 7th commercial real estate fund, BMG Value Fund, and our second Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) which is a pooled asset fund, that is designed to permit investment of "Exchange Funds" from "Relinquished Assets" that qualify for deferral of capital gains under IRS Rule 1031. We currently manage over $170 million in assets. Our funds pool together capital from accredited investors and acquire investment grade, stable properties, We pay investors steady returns at a higher than average yield. The Fund targets single-tenant retail properties, particularly those leased to discount retailers such as Dollar General. The General Partners are all combat veterans and West Point graduates. We donate up to 10% of the carried interest to various veteran service organizations.
