Launched and managed the online and social media presence as well as appearances major international trade shows.• Planed the continent-wide launch of 4 new products, doubling annual revenues to $10M• Positioned and launched social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and an interactive website as well as managing $30k traditional media budget. • Negotiated direct buy program with Amazon.com, which now represents over 20% of companies gross profit.• Developed and implemented a marketing strategy which eliminated predatory pricing on our products across all North American marketing channels, opening sales to large retailers while protecting our base of 3,000+ independent retailers.• Secured a 23% increase in sales for 2015 by signing a 2-year contract with a major US retailer with over 1,600 stores in the USA. Appointed by the federal Government to a 3-year term that was renewed until the insurance board was eliminated across Canada in 2013. Lead a 3-person team that acted as the first level of appeal for employment insurance claimants in the St. Hyacinthe, QC region. As President, reviewed cases in advance, allowing a consensus decision to be rendered on the day of the appeal hearing, after meeting with the claimant. Researched jurisprudence and wrote a decision, in either English or French, based on the Employment Insurance Act.

Launched this residential construction and land development company to fill the niche market of starter homes in the Municipality of Magog as well as the secondary home market in the Municipality of Eastman. • Built and sold 18 semi-detached and 2 custom homes, valued at over $2.5M, in the first 24 months. • Managed all aspects of a 65-acre development, including negotiating financing, subdividing land as well as interviewing, negotiating and hiring contractors.• Continually delivered a quality-finished product on time and on budget.

Hired to revitalize the company after 12 months of ineffective management.
