I serve in an intricate role as THE bigger picture thinker and managing partner for Synergise AI - a company that unlocks the power of AI by connecting our team of AI experts with companies.Before founding Synergise AI and Profectus Ventures, I started Velocity Partners, a Seattle-based Information Technology Services Provider that was acquired by London-based Endava, and then participated in an Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018. Before Velocity Partners, I started ProDX, a consulting organization in Portland, OR, that I led to being Oregon’s #1 Best Place to Work in 2001. I've worked in the high-tech industry since 1985 and hold a bachelor's degree in systems analysis from Linfield College.As a technology executive, I have experience managing and running Technology Services organizations. I'm skilled in overseeing Nearshore/Offshore Outsourcing Services and Agile Mentoring. Responsible for the overall management, strategy, and performance of companies, I place a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, recruiting the best talent, and constantly exceeding customer expectations.
