As the head of the legal, compliance and public affairs team I am responsible for counseling business functions and cross-functional teams in order to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. I am also responsible for managing public policy matters and litigations related to MCC Hungary’s business activities.

As the head of the legal and compliance team I was responsible for counseling business functions and cross-functional teams in order to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. I was also responsible for managing every litigation related to MCC Hungary’s business activities.

As the senior legal manager I was responsible for the antitrust and compliance matters of the Hungarian and Croatian subsidiaries of British American Tobacco. I was also handling corporate governance and company law issues and coordinating all the legal matters - including litigations - of these subsidiaries.

As the deputy head of the Antitrust Section I was delegating the incoming informal, formal complaints and formal proceedings to investigators of the Antitrust Section and I was reviewing their reports submitted to the Competition Council afterwards. I was representing the Hungarian Competition Authority in all antitrust and buyer power related cases at several working groups and advisory committee meetings of the European Commission.

As a policy analyst I was responsible for preparing analytical background papers relating to outreach events such as the OECD Global Forum on Competition and the OECD Latin American Competition Forum.

As a national expert at the European Commission I was dealing with complaints concerning the supply quota systems applied by pharmaceutical companies within the EU. I was representing the European Commission at consultations between Unit B2 and the Competition Policy Directorate concerning the approach that should be applied in the pending supply quota system cases.
