Working in the Solution Design team in SITA, the role has been to conduct commercial, specification and design activities in support of pre-sales, closure and post-sales for multiple projects.Primary focus in the last 2 years as the Technical Design Authority (TDA) for a large Middle-eastern iBorders project.TDA is a delivery role that is heavily engaged in the early stages of a project and a key ongoing role as the primary technical and engineering management focus for the Customer and the Project team, in partnership with the Project Manager.The TDA maintains a watching brief through operations to assure customer satisfaction, while allowing assignment to other SITA projects. Any major issues or commercial discussions require approval by the TDA, as well as approval of business, design or implementation changes.
