Working in the Solution Design team in SITA, the role has been to conduct commercial, specification and design activities in support of pre-sales, closure and post-sales for multiple projects.Primary focus in the last 2 years as the Technical Design Authority (TDA) for a large Middle-eastern iBorders project.TDA is a delivery role that is heavily engaged.

Working in a number of areas, including Legal Discipline Lead and ISTAR Technical Lead

• Recently taken on this role within the Solution Design Authority office to technically assure and lead the delivery of the e-Borders Release Project 2 Enterprise Solution. Responsibilities include:
• Assurance of the Quality and Compliance of the RP2 Solution while maintaining Cost and Schedule, including the role of Primary Solution-wide and Technical Reviewer
• Leadership and Mentoring across the RP2 Team including Sub-contractors
• Primary technical point of contact for the RP2 Solution Strategy, Plan and Schedule
• Primary interface for the Customer RP2 Release Manager, Project Manager and Technical contacts
• Monitoring and Control of the RP2 Solution Baseline, including:o Change Request Managemento Defect / Issue Resolutiono Customer Satisfaction related concerns

• Cost Account Manager for Enterprise and Solution Systems Engineering Product Team. Responsibilities include:
• Technical and financial success of the Requirements, Design, Architecture and Baseline control of the e-Borders Technical Solution
• Management and Leadership of an engineering team of up to 60 employees including a mixture of UK Permanent, UK Contractors, US long term secondees and US short term team members
• Customer Relationship Management of the Engineering Baseline through the lifecycle to ensure successful acceptance of the e-Borders Enterprise Solution Implementation
• Control of a multi-million double-digit pound budget
• Building and maintaining a multi-disciplinary Engineering team capable of execution of the e-Borders programme as well as engagement in future prospects
