Project DirectorWaterman Workspaces Feb 2021 - PresentGreater Melbourne AreaAn Executive Committee member with responsibility for sourcing, site selection and negotiations, coupled with the design and project management delivery of new Workspaces as part of the growth strategy for new Waterman Workspaces - premium flexible workspace (co-working). Waterman’s strategy is to pursue new flex Workspaces in key locations around Australia with shopping centres being a logical choice. Eastland Shopping Centre (3,300 sqm) opened in January 2022, two more workspaces: Richmond (1,100 sqm) alongside Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and Bundoora (1,200 sqm at Uni Hill Town Centre) opened in late in 2022. In August 2023, a new workspace opened at Camberwell (1,475 sqm) at Camberwell Place shopping centre and scheduled to open in late 2024 are Waterman Moonee Ponds (Moonee Ponds Central) and Waterman Clayton (M-City).These new Workspaces are part of a successful portfolio, which includes existing Workspaces at Chadstone (5,000 sqm), Narre Warren (2,000 sqm), and Caribbean Gardens (7,000 sqm). Looking forward to further expansion of Waterman Workspaces.

Start-Up Immersion ProgramYbf Ventures Oct 2020 - Mar 2021Selected by YBF Ventures who launched a Pilot Program, with the Victorian Government, to take experienced, successful people with 15-20+ years’ experience in corporate roles, but displaced from their jobs due to COVID. It provided an intensive Startup Immersion experience to upskill for new growth businesses. Working with existing companies and or Startups, supported by YBF and mentors in businesses where much was learnt, but also provided value to accelerate their growth in a corporate setting. -
